Employee Spotlight- The David Maus Toyota Employees
Welcome to the What's Going On @ David Maus Toyota section of our website. In this section we will be putting a "spotlight" on different employees who make a difference in the life of a customer, a family member, or the community. We have such great employees and want to let our community know how proud we are of them.
Hello,
Brenda Davis gave me this email address to get a hold of Mr. David Maus. I am another parent of a child that Daniel has had an influence on. I am from Alabama and came to Orlando, so my 9 year old daughter Erica could get the best treatment for leukemia. We met Daniel a few months ago and he is truly and extraordinary person. He has a great personality and is very helpful with kids. Erica was one of the kids that Daniel treated to the Magic game, but more importantly when the doctors wanted to have Erica go to the main MD Anderson in Houston Texas for an experimental treatment. Daniel paid for the plane tickets out there because my ex husband wiped out my bank account. The other parents helped me out with giving me some cash to help hold me over until i could get this situation resolved. I told Daniel i would pay him back when i could, but he told me to think of it as a gift from him and everyone from David Maus. I can not believe how much a 23 year old could do for a family, he does not really know. I want to thank Daniel's family, David Maus and his co-workers for helping shape the person Daniel has become. We are still in Houston, and Erica is expected to hopefully be in remission and back home in Alabama within the next few months. I just want to Thank everyone again for giving my daughter another opportunity at life and keeping us together.Erin K.
