The 2016 Toyota 4Runner is one of the most capable off-road vehicles in its class. It can handle rugged terrain with ease and climb steep hills, making it an ideal selection for car buyers who enjoy the great outdoors. Boasting ample cargo room and an optional third-row seat, the SUV also features plenty of space for luggage and equipment, along with seating for up to seven passengers. Available in four trims: SR5, Trail, TRD Pro and Limited, the 2016 Toyota 4Runner in Sanford offers a wide range of amenities for car buyers with different needs. Coming into the new model year, the base Entune audio system now comes with Scout Link GPS cellphone navigation integration, along with a series of other excellent features, including hands-free phone calling, Bluetooth connectivity, iPod connectivity and a three-month trial of SiriusXM Satellite Radio. Additionally, the latest 4Runner Trail and TRD Pro Series models offer higher ground clearance and are available with suspension upgrades that improve ride quality and enhance the models' off-road capabilities.
Each version of the 2016 Toyota 4Runner in Sanford is equipped with a 4.0L V6 engine, delivering 270 horsepower and 278 lb.-ft. of torque. The displacement comes mated to a five-speed automatic transmission and helps give the 4Runner SR5 RWD or 4WD and the Limited RWD the power to tow up to 5,000 pounds. It also allows the Trail and TRD Pro to tow up to 4,900 pounds and the 4WD Limited model to tow up to 4,700 pounds.
