What's New for the 2018 Toyota Prius?

The 2018 Toyota Prius has a striking new exterior design, to assist in a more aerodynamic ride and to maximize fuel economy. Most noted in the new design are the aero stabilizing fins and underbody panels resulting in a sleek new look. The interior also has a larger 11.6-inch HD multimedia touchscreen display standard on Prius Four and Four Touring. The Prius Two Eco has adjusted the model weight to allow for better fuel economy.

There are seven models available in the 2018 Toyota Prius lineup. Prius One and Two offering such features as 15-inch 5-spoke alloy wheels with full wheel covers, and 54/50 estimated mpg*. The Prius Two Eco has the higher estimated mpg. at 58/53 estimated mpg*. A standard feature on the Prius Three model is the Smart Key System on three doors with the Push Button Start and remote illuminated entry. Prius Three touring model has the interior SofTex®-trimmed seats with contrast stitching. The Prius Four and Four Touring have the most available standard options including the Blind Spot Monitor(BSM) and Rear Cross-Traffic Alert(RCTA) and Toyota Safety Sense™ P(TSS-P).

The electric motors and 121 horsepower allow the Prius to move quickly and efficiently in everyday traffic. The significant accomplishment of the Prius is its ability to run well in traffic while getting an impressive 54 mpg. in the city and a 50 mpg. on the highway.
